From our initial online enquiry, until the final bill was paid, we felt valued and supported through the process. Not only was everything fully transparent, but the professionalism and friendliness when showing us the product, measuring and quoting, and then delivering and installing our pool fence was second to none. Every care was taken in measuring and installing the fence to perfection. Even the billing platform was slick and easy to navigate and use. After a nightmare building process for our newly renovated home, getting our beautiful glass fence installed was a breeze and an absolute breath of fresh air. And who doesn't love supporting local!? He needs to wear a cape!We had our frameless glass pool fence installed by an unqualified installer (we were unaware), it wasn't installed correctly, looked dreadful, and had to be removed, we were heart- broken!Within two weeks Richard had installed a stunning glass fence which is beautiful and has been installed correctly! Delivery and install was challenged due to supply chain issues but communication was amazing. Even factoring that in we had an exceptional experience and I believe had a solution much faster than we could have had anywhere else.

I contacted Richard Todd at the eleventh hour to take on the task of measuring up and creating a glass flooring panel in our newly created upstairs study. He responded positively to my request and came up with a quote the very same day. He took phone calls and answered text messages and came out to the house on several occasions to discuss and check the details of the glass panel with the builder and then the wooden floor installers without a moment's hesitation.
